Cullen Skink

A traditional Scottish soup that features smoked haddock, heavy cream and potatoes. When I can't find smoked haddock, my favorite substitute is Smoked Salmon Candy Bites by Latitude 45. Pairs well with Scotch Eggs.

Sumac Seasoning

I have discovered Sumac Seasoning, made with...you guessed it...sumac!! It has a lemon-peppery taste and bright purple-red color. I rarely eat hard boiled eggs without it!

Aviation cocktail

My favorite martini cocktail in my favorite color. It gets its purple color from violet liqueur...my favorite is Creme de Violette from Rothman and Winters. The perfect witchy drink!

This is a perfect bread to make for Lughnasadh (or Lammas for non-Pagans). Herbs, edible flowers, and fresh vegetables create a delicious piece of art!

Letter Cakes: Nurse Practitioner

The decorations on these cakes are all edible, many of which I created from fondant. I made this for a fellow nurse who had recently become a nurse practitioner.
